Swiss Fondue

This Swiss Fondue recipe is the in-house special of our Swiss cheese collaborators -Huguenin - based in Villeneuve, Fribourg. They combine an undisclosed ratio of Vacherin Fribourgeois, Gruyere, Raclette and Tilsit to excellent effect. Bound with a small amount of potato starch to prevent the mix from separating as it's heated, this Fondue has an exceptionally smooth quality and is bold and distinctive, with a strong undercurrent of rich, cultured milk and all the classic aromatics of its main ingredients- meatiness, fruitness, funkiness and a dulcet smoky note.

Minimum weight: 400g or 2-3 servings per sachet

Spot on

I wasn't convinced a pack of pre made fondue cheese could be that good. It's the business, downside is 2 of us finished A pack off then read the pack saying for 3-4 people. Should say for 1-2 cheese mentalists to make us feel better about ourselves. Lovely stuff
