Made by Buttford Organics this is an organic perry that uses wild yeasts and is fermented using the champagne method. It tends to be cloudy with a pale gold colour and tastes sweetly sherbert-like; the big acidity balancing the sweetness beautifully. It has a rich moussey texture. It is crisp and mouthwatering but also rich and rounded as well and comes in at 6.9%ABV.
