Made by Pierrick Brendani and Nicolas Trotot in the dairy at our caves in France, this cheese is inspired by both Abondance and Reblochon recipes to create a goats cheese with a smooth paste and washed rind; a contrast to the more common lactic set goats cheeses in France. 

The milk for Barriquet comes from a farm 5km away from the dairy in an area called Le Becajat.  Barriquet has a smooth, supple texture and subtle meatiness with hints of fresh hazelnuts.
