Le Montesquieu, previously known as Fromage Cathare, is a soft, white, goat's milk cheese from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France: Le Montesquieu

The name "Le Montesquieu" comes from the town of Montesquieu-Volvestre in the Volvestre region of the Toulouse Pyrénées. The town is home to Saint-Victor Church, which has a treasure room and 13th century halls.

Taste: Mild, nutty, and goat-milk flavor that intensifies with age
