We need a part-time administrator to handle company bookkeeping and secretarial tasks and to collate and produce data to support sales teams, senior management and directors.

As a company administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily bookkeeping and finance functions
  • Day-to-day administrative support: data inputting, creating templates, document formatting, document archiving, photocopying and other support on projects/ assignments within the business
  • Answering and diverting incoming calls, taking accurate information

A successful candidate will be:

  • Clear & concise communicator;
  • Rigorous and highly organised;
  • Efficient and an excellent strategist;
  • Proficient in the Office suite and XERO;
  • Experienced working within an office setting;
  • Confident in customer care and their telephone manner;
  • Entitled to work in the UK without a work permit sponsorship

This is a part-time role covering up to 12 hours per week across several days.

Starting Salary: £27,000+ pro rata (depending on experience)
