Dried Figs - Oliveology

Location: Peloponnese, Greece

Produced by Dimitris Konstantakopoulos in the fertile Messina region of the Peloponnese, these figs are carefully hand picked, dried naturally under the Greek sun, with no additives or preservatives.

The sweetness of these figs marries well with many varieties of cheese but particularly paired with a lactic goats cheese like Ste Maure or Gour Noir or a tangy blue cheese like 1924 or Colston Bassett Stilton.
