Seeded Flatbreads

Andy and Anita of The Cracker Kitchen have been baking delicious handmade sweet cakes biscuits at the Cinnamon Tree Bakery in Camberwell for over a decade, before trying their hand at biscuits for cheese.

These Flatbreads are almost entirely made of seeds with a generous quantity of salt - an addictively delicious combination. They pair with almost anything soft, but particularly a fresh, lactic goats cheese like Tomme de Chambrouze or Ste Maure.
