Andy and Anita of The Cracker Kitchen have been baking delicious handmade sweet cakes & biscuits at the Cinnamon Tree Bakery in Camberwell for over a decade, before trying their hand at biscuits for cheese.
These lovely crisp flatbreads have a quite dark bake and a touch of molasses to them along with rich rye flavours and subtle use of caraway. They go particularly well with Perail, Reblochon, Colston Bassett Stilton or Fourme d’Ambert
