Andy and Anita of The Cracker Kitchen have been baking delicious handmade sweet cakes biscuits at the Cinnamon Tree Bakery in Camberwell for over a decade, before trying their hand at biscuits for cheese.

These Dark Rye Digestives have classic honey sweetness and crumbly texture with an added depth from the rye flour. We find they pair particularly well with blue cheeses, such as Colston Bassett Stilton, Sparkenhoe Blue or 1924. and also with a punchy washed rind like Munster or Langres.
