Swiss Fondue

This Swiss Fondue recipe is the in-house special of our Swiss cheese collaborators - Huguenin - based in Villeneuve, Fribourg. They combine an undisclosed ratio of Vacherin Fribourgeois, Gruyere, Raclette and Tilsit to excellent effect. Bound with a small amount of potato starch to prevent the mix from separating as it's heated, this Fondue has an exceptionally smooth quality and is bold and distinctive, with a strong undercurrent of rich, cultured milk and all the classic aromatics of its main ingredients- meatiness, fruitness, funkiness and a dulcet smoky note.

Minimum weight: 400g or 2-3 servings per sachet
