Spiced Plum Chutney - Rosebud Preserves

Elspeth Biltoft started Rosebud Preserves in 1989 having grown up in the beautiful countryside of Swaledale encouraged to forage with her father and then learning to make preserves, pickles and jams at home with her mother. Today they make their chutneys in small batches, buying as locally as possible and only using fruits in their season.

 

Spiced Plum Chutney is rich and sweet with notes of ginger, cloves and allspice, pairing well with a good Cheddar, Cantal or Colston Bassett Stilton.
