Cracker Kitchen Seeded Flatbreads

Andy and Anita of The Cracker Kitchen have been baking delicious handmade sweet cakes biscuits at the Cinnamon Tree Bakery in Camberwell for over a decade, before trying their hand at biscuits for cheese.

These Flatbreads are almost entirely made of seeds with a generous quantity of salt - an addictively delicious combination. They pair with almost anything soft, but particularly a fresh, lactic goats cheese like Tomme de Chambrouze or Ste Maure.

Tastiest crackers I have ever tasted

These are, by far, the tastiest crackers I have ever tasted. Everything about them is wonderful. Texture, mixture, size. The only yhong wrong is that I cannot get enough!
