Made by Mauro & Chiara Casetta, a brother and sister team with their own abattoir, kitchens, curing rooms and shop near Asti.  Their pigs live in the fields around their production facility and as they carry out all the aspects of production, they have the ultimate control over their ingredients which is evident when you taste the salsiccia.  These are thin salsiccie a little like Beer Sticks which are perfect for picnics, snacking or packed lunches.  They have a savoury, rounded flavour. Available in packs of 6.
