English Pickled Onions

Elspeth Biltoft, who makes our English Pickled Onions, started Rosebud Preserves in 1989 having grown up in the beautiful countryside of Swaledale encouraged to forage with her father and then learning to make preserves, pickles and jams at home with her mother. Today they make their pickles and chutneys in small batches, buying as locally as possible and only using fruits in their season.

These sharp, punchy pickled onions are a perfect match for any of the British hard & blue cheeses we offer.
