Following 3 years of frost in Muscadet, Jerome Bretaudeau accepted the offer of a small parcel of Sauvignon Blanc from a friend in Limoux, farming biodynamically and made a limited edition with "In Solidum".
This wine has characteristics of ripe fruit, fennel and dry herbs, combined with the freshness of the muscadet region. This is a more straight forward clean and crisp wine than the majority of our others with lovely structure and a rounded finish. It pairs well with Crottin de Chavignol, Cosne de Port Aubry or Pouligny.
