From the younger parcel of Davide's vines on the volcanic soils of Gambellara. Where his Grandfather and Father had previously sold the grapes to a nearby cooperative, Davide brought winemaking back to the family in 2006. Using the grapes from the family’s Garganega vines planted some 40+ years ago, Bianco Crestan is fermented in stainless steel tanks and spends 8 months on its lees. 

Equal parts minerality and fruit; the combination of yellow plums and apple with a gentle flintiness make this wine a good match with cheeses such as Fourme d’Ambert or Marechal.
