Bageriet Knackebrod are made by Daniel Karlsson at Bageriet in Rose Street, Covent Garden, where he sells a variety of Swedish biscuits, cakes and breads baked fresh every day. Knackebrod is a traditional cracker that has been baked in Sweden since 500AD. These crispbreads combine rye flour, cinnamon and a hint of sesame and once tried are quite addictive. They pair well with Reblochon, Perail and Camembert or generous helpings of Etrez salted butter.
